Drainage Pit Landscaping Master Plan
Landscaping Plans for the playground area and drainage pit field.
Future features include:
- A walking/jogging loop
- Additional trees and benches
- A pavilion and community garden space
- Pond area to concentrate storm-water in.
Work began in 2021 and will continue over the next several years.

Roundabout Refresh
Some of the older roundabouts were needing some work so we gave the much needed refresh in 2021.
Also thank you to the Steeplechase neighbor who tracked down the contractor who ran over one of the roundabout trees and got them to fix the damages.
Fountain and Sign Lighting
We added LED low voltage landscape lighting in 2021 to the roundabout fountain and main sign as well as the sign off of 5th.
Park Trees
In an ongoing effort to beautify the park we have planted and transplanted trees into the park as we chip away at the mast plans for the park area.
Playground
For Residence Use
The HOA's first major improvement project was adding a playground to the neighborhood located at the south west corner of the neighborhood.
